Experience the thrill of aerial combat in Blades of Thunder, a dynamic 3D action shooter where you command a helicopter on daring military missions against the notorious terrorist group, The Solar Martyrs. Set amidst dramatic environments—snowy landscapes, arid deserts, and European terrain—your goal is to dismantle enemy forces targeting vital oil refineries in the Middle East.

Navigate a pseudo-3D world with a behind-the-vehicle camera, utilizing intuitive controls to perform complex evasive maneuvers by combining strafing and altitude adjustments. Engage enemies across air, land, and sea, while also undertaking escort and protection missions for allies and strategic assets.

The HUD features a radar for situational awareness, enemy and vehicle radars to stealthily disable threats, and vital indicators such as lives, health, ammunition, and score. Weaponry includes unlimited machine gun fire, with guided Hydra rockets and homing missiles that require strategic targeting—enemy radars can be destroyed to reduce their detection capabilities.

Progress through ten challenging levels, each with primary and secondary objectives, briefed at the start of every mission. Face formidable bosses and unlock power-ups for increased firepower and multi-rocket salvos as you advance. Replenish health and ammo by flying through designated pick-up zones. The game offers three difficulty settings and a password save system, with scoring based on enemy destruction, objective completion, and bonus achievements, culminating in a comprehensive mission score.
