Step into the shoes of Jimmy Neutron as he battles to thwart the nefarious plans of his evil doppelganger, Jimmy Negatron, an alternate universe version bent on conquering Retroville.
Unlike other Jimmy Neutron titles, this game is uniquely not movie-based, offering a fresh storyline filled with puzzles, exploration, and combat. The PC version even includes a bonus demo of SpongeBob SquarePants: Employee of the Month.
Gameplay centers around solving engaging puzzles—gathering essential items, overcoming obstacles, and navigating challenging environments—while avoiding or battling enemies in intense boss fights. Players primarily control Jimmy Neutron, using his ingenuity to progress through various levels.
The adventure begins in a museum in Retroville, where Jimmy, eager to impress Cindy, builds a time machine set for 50 years in the past. However, things go awry when Jimmy and his loyal robot G.I. Joe are teleported into Jimmy Negatron's lair, a sinister hideout where the evil twin plans to seize control of Retroville. It’s up to Jimmy to stop Negatron and save his hometown from impending doom!
